I will NEVER buy anything from Nissan of Melbourne. You can tell they are in it to rip people off. Won't tell you what your APR is for financing because I am sure they up charge and make even more money on can tell they are in it to rip people off. A few days later I got a phone call saying "give me a call back & let me know if your still looking for a car. I want you to come back in and give me a chance to show you some REAL NUMBERS" A) So you were showing me fake numbers before? B) Thanks but no thanks, I already purchased the same car from somewhere else because your business practices were far from satisfactory. :) If you need/want a Nissan I would suggest trying a different one in the area such as MI or Vero. I know that is what I will be doing! More
Purchased a new Nissan Altima from this dealership. They offered the car for a very good price compared to other dealers, but they were deceptive on the financing. I wanted to use my credit union but they offered the car for a very good price compared to other dealers, but they were deceptive on the financing. I wanted to use my credit union but they claimed the CU rate was much higher and the best rate was with another bank. I found out later from my CU that the CU had actually approved me for a much lower rate. So, they basically lied to me about the rates. In the future I will secure financing before hand - be careful with this dealership! More
I went into this dealership with the intent on buying an altima. They had one on the lot that met all of my requirements. When I got ready to test drive it I was told I had to sign a paper concerning alle altima. They had one on the lot that met all of my requirements. When I got ready to test drive it I was told I had to sign a paper concerning allegeded privacy issues. When I objected thesalesman told me it was federal law. I told him that I been to five other dealerships and not one had asked me to do this. The salesman kept telling me that they were not going to run my credit but the paper indicated that they could and was marked yes in two different spots as to the information they could obtain or release. When I finished test driving the car I spoke with one of the sales managers. Several salesmen and staff were present and made comments about not running credit. When I showed the sales manager where it said yes that information could be released the sales manager just looked at me. I would not purchase a car from this dealership or the salesman that attempted to help us. In fact, i purchase another make of car from another dealer that afternoon. More
I spoke with Quinton by phone and when I arrived he introduced to Paul Marr. Paul was very thorough in going over the car with me. I've been a fervent Honda lover for 10 years, but when I was shopping for a new car and Honda disappointed me, Nissan didn't! I had the most perfect experience at Nissan of Melbourne. Drove an hour for a vehicle I had spoken with a sales rep about. After working out financing over the phone, drove to get the vehicle only to wait for 30 minutes while another potential buyer came back from about. Waited another 15 minutes before getting a manger myself to ask if the truck was still available only to find that it was being purchased. Left a message for the owner whom I contacted before he called me and his response was "I'm sorry, we don't have a hold policy." He did not offer to reimburse me for the gas I used nor did he offer to help me find another vehicle. As a matter of fact, there was another vehicle on the lot I was interested in but now REFUSE to do any business there. Paul, a sales rep there, was not very friendly and in fact was seen by myself and my friend chewing out the front desk girl in front of clients and being ridiculously rude to her. Absolutely the worst car-buying experience ever. More
I WENT TO TRADE IN MY 2007 NISSAN SENTRA WITH A HIGH INTEREST RATE OF 16% AND THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO GIVE ME WHAT I WANTED AND I CAME HOME WITH A BRAND NEW 2011 SENTRA AND AN INTEREST RATE OF 0.9%. LE INTEREST RATE OF 16% AND THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO GIVE ME WHAT I WANTED AND I CAME HOME WITH A BRAND NEW 2011 SENTRA AND AN INTEREST RATE OF 0.9%. LETS JUST SAY I WAS VERY HAPPY. THIS WAS MY 5TH CAR I HAVE GOTTEN THRU THEM AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT EACH TIME. THANKS GUYS!!!! More
Great, friendly folks. Not pushy at all, which is new to me when visiting any car dealership. They were willing to make the price work for my range, and gave top dollar for my trade in. This dealership is terrible. They do try to rip you off in every way possible. I went in trying to buy an 05-07 Nissan Altima 2.5 s. We looked around for a bit and saw a silver 05 Nissan Altima that we wer in every way possible. I went in trying to buy an 05-07 Nissan Altima 2.5 s. We looked around for a bit and saw a silver 05 Nissan Altima that we were interested in purchasing. We went in to negociate the deal. We wanted to pay about $10,500 to $11,000 which is what I could afford. We said we would pay $10,500 and he said no that is too low for that car. Then we said the most we can do is $11,000 out the door. He comes back with what about $11,500. We said no we told you $11,000 was the most we could do. The salesman went to talk to his manager supposedly and then came back with if you initial this sheet we will give it to you for $11,500 ou the door. We told him that we needed to think it over and we left. We talked it over and decided to give it a go. I took off work just to go to the dealership the next day. When we went in the salesman was not there and it took him forever to get there from lunch. When he finally did make it he told us that he had never told us he could give it to us for $11,500. Needless to say I did not purchase from them because if they lie before you even purchase whats to say what they will do when they have you in their grasp. It is sad how car dealerships are so crooked in this area. More
