They are very nice in sales and the young lady Katie tries to be very helpfull however I let myself be over charged on the vehicle even though I knew the same model was being discounted for over 2500 hu tries to be very helpfull however I let myself be over charged on the vehicle even though I knew the same model was being discounted for over 2500 hundred less at the Merrit Island dealership of Mike Erdman Nissan as I was very tired as the sales manager Matt wore me down. My old age has caught up to me being 81 years of age I wear down mentally after a few hours and become weary and easily persuasive. Other than the price they are very nice people trying to make as much money as the victim will allow per unit. As far as having to recommend this dealer You only list a yes or no. My real answer is maybe which is not states only yes or no for an answer. As I have had no service at this dealership as of yet I really can't know if they are a quality dealer for service if problems arise hopefully not as I really like the car. It appears to be a very well made vehicle which road tests beautifully. Thank you for your patience in reading this long winded narrative. More

Just got a text the Jeep was sold the next day.So for over 24 hours I never got a reply from Tim.I would stay so clear of this dealership its not funny.Their bottom line is not to build a relationship for the long term, but to just lie to a very well qualified customer who likes to buy a new car every year or so. More

First of all I would like to say my salesman, Kyle Lopez, was by far the best. He automatically had a smile on his face as soon as he greeted us. We were referred to him by another couple who had purchased a car from him and nothing but good to say about him and I can now see why. Started off with looking at a brand new car and his presentation of the car was perfect, no pressure it was our decision from the get-go. We went from hoping to get a new vehicle to looking at used cars, even the way he talked about the used car was great! Then it comes down to getting approved, which just like anywhere with a major purchase takes FOREVER!! Like I said, it was expected. Kyle talked to us like we had known him for forever, didn't even feel like it was hours we were waiting to hear back to see if we were approved or not. He offered us water and even some food they had. We were for once on a car lot and felt comfortable and not like a walking dollar sign. I work in furniture and I know what that feels like and that was the last thing I was feeling at this place. Not to even mention every manager there worked up a heck of a deal to get us what we wanted. They pulled every string possible they had and it was worth it. Had a small issue but that is getting resolved now as I am typing this review. Didn't have to mention it but one time, once we did it was on it's way to getting fixed. That's what I like, not being put on the back end of the issues. I will be referring everyone I know that is getting or looking into getting a new vehicle and I will definitely be spreading the word. This dealership takes care of their customers, especially the salesman. Best experience I have ever had and will continue to have as long as I drive a vehicle from this dealership. Thank you all so very much!! I am IN LOVE with my new car :) More
