Sales Practices are abominable. Every time we though we had the price on the car we wanted, either additional charges were added or the terms changed. Issues would change from person to person, there is no consistency whatsoever. Furthermore, they lie about their practices and policies, and both the new car and pre-owned car managers are obnoxious. I will say this. The service team are wonderful. Too bad the entire establishment is not same. More

Excellant service, professional and friedly staff Nissan of Melbourne was a joy to do business with. He was very, very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot. He did not apply any pressure at all. The entire staff treated me with great respect.
