I went to test drive a car and get a quote to compare with other available alternatives. The test drive went well, I liked the vehicle but it dissolved when I was just trying to get a honest quote from t with other available alternatives. Instead they gave me a marked up vehicle and terrible appraisal of my vehicle. I was antagonized for trying to get a honest deal and told I wasn't a informed buyer. I have bought and sold 8 cars in the last 7 years I know what they are worth and know what the dealer can make off them. I just want to enlighten others that try to purchase from this dealership because they are not honest and I dont want to throw anyone under the bus for the poor customer service. I was extremely nice to them even when they were lying to my face. I checked to see if the guy had the amount of experience he said and it was 2 years... he said 17 years so now I know why he had no idea what he was talking about, Beware!!!!! More
Got a call from Lauri wanting to buy my vehicle and was able to get into a 2022 with no money and kept my payments within 20 of what i was originally paying. I would like to say if I could give half a star I would. This has been OUR WORST car buying experience ever. My wife and I have been searching for a 2019-2021 Nissan Armada to purchase because we really wan This has been OUR WORST car buying experience ever. My wife and I have been searching for a 2019-2021 Nissan Armada to purchase because we really wanted to have one. We had an appointment to go visit a well reputed Nissan dealership in Miami, but because Nissan of Melbourne was close by and they had a certified pre-owned 2020 Nissan Armada SL with low mileage )18k plus miles), we decided to do our purchase here (TERRIBLE MISTAKE). These guys listed this car as a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED vehicle, without doing the true inspection and maintenance for it. 2 days of owning the vehicle we had to bring it back because it needed an alignment, then we drove to Las Vegas and the car would not start because we found out that the active recall for the GAS PUMP WAS NEVER TAKEN CARE OF (Yes our car is in the shop PLANET NISSAN LV; and this recall may or may not cause the engine to cease/stall while driving). These bozos basically sold and had the audacity to mark the car as it was without even taking care of the recall or doing any care to the vehicle because when we purchased it it wasn’t detailed, it had DOG HAIR ALL OVER, and this is the 1st dealership to never give/ask the courtesy to fill up the tank lol!!! This man John who works as a desk manager or whatever? He became very aggressive with me, and basically told me that I did not need to buy the car because we had questions for him with the price. This man should not be working with any customer service related jobs, he has no patience with customers and the fact that this dealership has over 4+ stars here on this website makes me wonder that they probably delete their reviews because you check any other website that has reviews for this dealership you’ll read all the horror stories. We knew they had bad customer service skills but the fact that this guy named John acted the way he did and still works there is mind blowing. He did his act in-front of a camera, so does that camera even work? Not sure? But that man alone almost made us not buy the car but the car salesman Dakota helped us and we really wanted this vehicle. My wife called “Lori Kie” ( not sure that ‘a her exact name) because she wanted to know how our experience was, and she wanted to address our concerns, so we told her about this man, and I’ve dealt with individuals with issues, but this has to be the rudest man iv met, we’re yet to hear from them at all, nothing has been done about this. Avoid this place at all times, don’t do your business here because they don’t do the necessary maintenance for their pre-owned vehicles, they basically mark them as certified without doing the proper maintenance just to make profit. They don’t care for their customers, they only want to make a profit, this is the worst dealership I’ve dealt with, if not for that specific model that we’ve been looking for was there, we would’ve never bought from them, we probably shouldn’t have. If I can find a way to make people not buy from this place, I really would, I take care of people for a living and I never treated anyone the way that I got treated at this dealership. Plus the fact that they did not do anything for the vehicle that they sold is just saddening. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle, please don’t buy from this place save yourself some time and stress and go elsewhere. Let’s hope this review does not get deleted. Don’t be fooled by this place or these so called good reviews. More

He never high pressured me just to make a sale. What he did do was work extremely hard to get my car with the colors, features and accessories that I needed and/or just wanted. Adrian made my car purchase stress free and actually enjoyable. More
