BLACK FRIDAY NIGHTMARE failing grade for nissan of melbourne - negative stars - never took delivery/possesion of new 2016 nissan versa vehicle. never signed title over for failing grade for nissan of melbourne - negative stars - never took delivery/possesion of new 2016 nissan versa vehicle. never signed title over for my trade in car. never paid the $1,500 cash down. the owner, manager, and sales rep attempted to spot me into a worthless 14,230 hatchback while i was in the service department getting a replacement key cut for my altima. the misogynistic behavior at nissan of melbourne and running roughshod over me and my family pre delivery (i never drove car off the lot) is untward social and unprofessional customer service acumen. the bank loan will catapult me to ignominy. the dealer could not obtain credit approval for me but they were forcing me to take delivery of the vehicle. but i refused to take delivery and i refused to drive the 2016 nissan versa off the dealer lot. it clearly states in the purchase agreement, "additionally, the obtaining of the necessary approvals by dealer and the complete payment by consumer to dealer of all moneys due at the inception of the ric or lease serve as conditions precedent to the enforcement and validity of the ric/lease, which shall be deemed null and void if such conditions precedent are not met." void this immediately and return my 2006 nissan altima!!!!! NISSAN OF MELBOURNE IS HOLDING MY 2006 NISSAN ALTIMA TRADE HOSTAGE!!!! LET MY CAR GO FREE AND BACK TO ME!!!!! More
