MK immediately greeted me when I got out of my car and made me feel welcome. He listened to all my concerns and what I was looking for. What happened here??? Nissan of Melbourne used to be great. As of the last year or so it's service department has fallen apart. I went in for the last time today, for an o Nissan of Melbourne used to be great. As of the last year or so it's service department has fallen apart. I went in for the last time today, for an oil change. Met by a. Ice lady and told her I needed an oil change. She asks a mechanic how long , he say 2 1/2 hours. I said that was no good and than I am told an hour. That was fine. I walk in and the service mgr Phil, is speaking loudly tell him at least an hour and a half. He was rude. Go in to speak to mgr Greg Roberts. Well when I told him I was going to write to Nissan Corporate he lost his mind. This dealership used to be on point. It has fallen apart. I used to get All my service done here. However , due to the disarray I now use Sears. Your loss. I just purchased four new tires week from Sears. You are treated with respect . Today, I was going to get my oil changed and consider buying anew Nissan. Never again. More

Disrespectful So im in waiting for service and i see this guy asking the gm why it takes forever too get a simple oil change dine...all of a sudden the little guy ( So im in waiting for service and i see this guy asking the gm why it takes forever too get a simple oil change dine...all of a sudden the little guy (Greg Roberts) got hot and went to attack the guy who was complaining who was carrying an oxygen tank at the time...one of the other employees had to hold him back....never again More

Fantastic buying experience Cia was fantastic in assisting me in finding the car I was looking for, at the right price, and with the right experience. I called the dealership ear Cia was fantastic in assisting me in finding the car I was looking for, at the right price, and with the right experience. I called the dealership early in the morning inquiring about a vehicle i had found online. Cia answered the phone and arranged for a time for me to come down to the dealership. Shortly thereafter, he called me back to say that the vehicle had been sent to auction, but had 5 alternative similar vehicles for me to look at. I was able to come down to the dealership and view these 5 vehicles within 15 minutes of arriving. Cia also accommodated my wife and our dog with an ice cold water and a seat inside the air conditioned dealership. I found a vehicle better than the one I had originally called for. Additionally, I told Cia exactly how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle, and while that could have been a hang up, he was able to get one of the managers to make it happen quickly and without difficulty. All in all, I was in and out of the dealership in a few hours with a vehicle I love, and at the payment I was looking for. 10/10 service. More

Go elsewhere Worst car buying experience... Purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in April 2017. Completed paperwork for a transfer of title, we have custom beach pl Worst car buying experience... Purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in April 2017. Completed paperwork for a transfer of title, we have custom beach plates. Received a new plate in the mail 2 weeks after purchase. Called and spoke with their "title" assistant, she had no information why the tags didn't transfer. We have been calling every 2 weeks as she said she would contact the state to correct the issue. Now they are stating that we have to go to DMV to correct the issue. Meanwhile, the car has been making a knocking noise and we are told that a piece is missing from the engine. Called to voice my concerns with the general manger and he answers the phone without even stating his name, nor did he apologize. Personally I would recommend Toyota, which is right next store, they have much better customer appreciate and professionalism. More
