What happened here??? Nissan of Melbourne used to be great. As of the last year or so it's service department has fallen apart. I went in for the last time today, for an oil change. Met by a. Ice lady and told her I needed an oil change. She asks a mechanic how long , he say 2 1/2 hours. I said that was no good and than I am told an hour. That was fine. I walk in and the service mgr Phil, is speaking loudly tell him at least an hour and a half. He was rude. Go in to speak to mgr Greg Roberts. Well when I told him I was going to write to Nissan Corporate he lost his mind. This dealership used to be on point. It has fallen apart. I used to get All my service done here. However , due to the disarray I now use Sears. Your loss. I just purchased four new tires week from Sears. You are treated with respect . Today, I was going to get my oil changed and consider buying anew Nissan. Never again. More
