I didn’t know there was a proX and pro4x after telling him I go to Moab 3,4 times a year with my family! Don’t deal with these people go to vero beach or somewhere else! General manager santos and owner Paul are all scam artists! To make matters worse the front windshield is making a whistling noise like if air was coming in! They have avoided me and made me come to the dealer and nothing has been fixed I don’t have the truck that I wanted and promised. my brand new 2025 truck has this windshield issue? Rolando insulted me and said I wasn’t a man because I didn’t get the 4x4 I wanted mocking me making fun of me calling me after his work hours I have all the text and phone calls he probably called me 50 times in 3 days!! This dealer is a fraud! Then I go in to the dealer because they said we could exchange it, if I brought them another deal! Which I did and because that deal did not go through at 8pm after all the waiting they said they couldn’t make it happen, all lies! Just the fact that they wanted me to bring a deal then they would help me get the 4x4 truck I wanted and was promised! also Rolando cursed me out over the phone saying xxxx you im not a man your friends are going to make fun of you all sorts of disrespectful things that’s not how you treat a customer! To end, after a few days they said ok bring it in we will take it as a trade your $750 payment will go up to $900! No absolutely not! Please don’t buy here! Go anywhere else but not here! I have wasted 3 days at this dealer! With scammers and dishonest people all while my new born son is in the nicu and Rolando trying to call me and get me to pay more for the 4x4 he should have sold me in the 1st place! All while I’m with my son! Now I’m stuck with a truck I didn’t want making a noise when it has only 400 miles I haven’t had the truck for one week! More

Got there first thing Saturday and no paperwork had been started and car was not available. Sharon had done nothing. Never got presented to sales manager. They tried to sell me something else and would TRY to get to the agreed price. What a SCAM! I walked out. More

Frontier. .. been negotiating for approximately 2 weeks. I've been dealing with Ivan who has been a pleasure... it was the dealership manager that changed the original deal... said my trucks value dropped that musch in two weeks. That's a bunch of xx... checked my trucks value on KBB and it hasn't declined at all. I'm done wth this dealership & will be visiting other local Nissan dealerships. Obviously the management at Melbourne Nissan has no honor or integrity. More

The service department repaired a leaking sunroof on our 18 year old daughter’s Infinity, that damaged the BCM module. The car would not even start. After having the car for over three weeks with multiple issues with the service department, it was finally fixed and we were told the sun roof was repaired and would not leak again. Two months later the sun roof leaked again and ruined the module that we just paid $2200 to replace. John the sales manger lied for two weeks stating that he was addressing this issue with upper management and never reported it. The service manager Mike Wallace lied multiple times stating they would cover the repair and manager Jeff refused to stand behind their work and fix the problem that should have been fixed the first time. It has now been over two months with the car and they are now just telling us they will not cover the repair. Absolutely horrible customer service, they then attempted to buy our vehicle and get us to buy a new one!!! We will never purchase another Nissan made product and have reported your absolute failure to the Better Business Bureau. More
