Just had my new Nissan Altima serviced for the first time . I was very pleased with the service department. . They even finished faster than the time I was given. They washed the car . I’ve been having my Rogue serviced at Nissan McKinney for over 5 years. I have always been pleased with their work. I will continue to bring my vehicle there. I was very disappointed that the dealership would not honor the 14.99 oil & filter change that I received in the mail because it referenced a vin number of a car I no longer owned. The service rep said I was asking him to commit fraud. I explained it would just be exercising great customer service. He acted like we were discussing a legal document instead of a mass produced mail out promotion. I’ll let his condescending nature go, due to his immaturity and unprofessional presentation. Yes, I’m a senior citizen and expect more but continue to disappointed. More

I have bought 4 or 5 cars from Nissian Of McKinney over 10 years. I always seem to up getting Oil changes for the first year or 2 years.The service department is unacceptable! It should NOT take 2 Hours fo 10 years. I always seem to up getting Oil changes for the first year or 2 years.The service department is unacceptable! It should NOT take 2 Hours for an oil change! 30 minutes TOPS for an oil change. I had Recall on my 2022 Rouge SUV I made an appointment to get all 3 recalls fixed. When my husband brought it in they gave him a rental. They said it would be ready by the end of the day. We got a call that my transmission mounts need to fixed. Which explains why my car idol rough. They had my car for 7 days. Due to all the recalls that nissan is having, they gave me an extended warranty.And that was supposed to cover the transmission mounts. The next thing I knew they were telling my husband we don't know who's gonna pay for this. And we don't know who's gonna be responsible for the loner car we gave you? Ummm you are! I'm originally from east, Texas and my family is owned a machine shop for over 90 years. We worked with all the major dealerships in town. So I know How Dealership's work, and I will tell you this. I would not take anything in my shop if it came from Nissan Of McKinney. I love nissan's but I am sick and tired of their service department. They hired new people.And there are some good ones.I really appreciated, michael, and i've used jordan before. But when I called Monday morning to figure out what was going with my car. They said michael was there and they didn't know anything about it. So you mean to tell me one guy's not at work. And you can't find someone else to try to figure out what's going on with my car!? The incompetence is ridiculous! I was planning on buying a new rogue from Nissian Of of McKinney But after this, the biggest problem I have is dealing with their service department. More
