The service attendant was going to let me leave with only the lightbulbs being changed. He said he had to jump my car but left it running for me. Never provided a price quote or got approval from me to do any work. He came over to tell me I needed a battery but was going to let me leave without a new one. More

This dealership is not transparent or forthcoming. I was part of the class action suite to get replacement headlamps and kept getting told that they were on backorder. After 6 months of this and after I finally got Nissan corporate involved, it turns out that the parts were never even ordered. I will be looking for a new dealership for my future service needs. More
