The experience was great as has been the case in the past. Eloy made us feel very welcome (it was my wife's first visit to the dealership) and he immediately took control to allow us to relax through t past. My wife marveled at the nice waiting area and the free coffee that made the time there much more enjoyable. Eloy is very personable and explains everything going in during service. He checks on us to be sure we don't need anything and let's us know the approximate time frame. We appreciate this concern and the information. We had an unexpected breakdown with our Nissan Altima. We had never had any problems with the car, so we decided we should use the Nissan dealership for the repairs. I called the next morning and spoke to Rick Mills, the service manager, who assigned Eloy Fernandez to assist us with the repairs. I had the car towed to the dealership. Eloy immediately began helping us by diagnosing the problem quickly and provided us with a rental car until the parts came in. While waiting for the parts, Eloy went over our car and found two additional problems. One was covered by our warranty and one was a filter we were not aware needed replacing. The part arrived a day sooner than expected and Eloy had our car completely repaired in no time at all. He provided us with outstanding service and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. In today's world, it's hard to find the superior service we received. I highly recommend this dealership, and don't forget to ask for Eloy! :) What a great guy!! More
This is the best Nissan Dealer in Georgia. I love this dealership. They are fair, friendly, and experienced. Alex is awesome. I feel like this dealership is the Cheers bar where everybody know your face if not your name. From the guy that drives the car to the service area, to all the service techs. I used to hate taking a car to the dealership, but I would NOT take my car anywhere else but Nissan Marietta. More

He is very attentive to my queries and always makes an effort to solve my problems before leaving the dealership. I send all my friends to him and they have said great things about him as well.
