Eloy made us feel very welcome (it was my wife's first visit to the dealership) and he immediately took control to allow us to relax through t past. We had an unexpected breakdown with our Nissan Altima. We had never had any problems with the car, so we decided we should use the Nissan dealership for the repairs. I called the next morning and spoke to Rick Mills, the service manager, who assigned Eloy Fernandez to assist us with the repairs. I had the car towed to the dealership. Eloy immediately began helping us by diagnosing the problem quickly and provided us with a rental car until the parts came in. While waiting for the parts, Eloy went over our car and found two additional problems. One was covered by our warranty and one was a filter we were not aware needed replacing. The part arrived a day sooner than expected and Eloy had our car completely repaired in no time at all. He provided us with outstanding service and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. In today's world, it's hard to find the superior service we received. I highly recommend this dealership, and don't forget to ask for Eloy! :) What a great guy!! More
