I am utterly disappointed in Auto Nissan Marietta. I have been waiting almost 3 months for parts for the safety recall on my Nissan Sentra. Each time I‘ve reached out I heard something different. I wa I have been waiting almost 3 months for parts for the safety recall on my Nissan Sentra. Each time I‘ve reached out I heard something different. I was initially told the part would arrive in 4-5 days. Then the part was on back order so I had to wait. Which is understandable. I called again and was told the part was never order so it would be ordered for me. Finally after continuing to reach out I was told the part was in and I could my car to be serviced. I brought my car in and waited a hour just to be told only 1/2 of the parts came in and my car would not be serviced. I still have yet to have the safety recall on my remedied. I don’t feel like anyways genuinely cared after my first initial visit. I waited on the phone for over a hour to see if retail parts had the parts. When finally speaking with someone he told me I would have to bring my car in for an inspection. As this point my car have been there twice after stating that I was placed on and never received any information regarding the parts. I do not feel as a customer that my safety is being valued. More

We had a 10am appointment for an oil change, we waited until 2.30pm for our car to be given back to us.
