This was possibly the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I made an appointment for a 90,000 service online for 8 am on a Wednesday and the quote was around $600. However, once you get ther have encountered. I made an appointment for a 90,000 service online for 8 am on a Wednesday and the quote was around $600. However, once you get there, the minimum quote was over $900. My service advisor asked if I was going to stay when I dropped it off and I said no, I would come back. He told me he would call with questions or when it was ready but he also gave me his personal line number. I started calling and leaving messages around 2:30 pm. After never getting a call back, I called the main line. The only thing they could do was try calling themselves and sending a message. This did not work so they gave me the service manager's number. I called and left a message for him and he never called me back. At 6pm, I finally got a ride over. There was another service adivsor there who called Richard, my assigned advisor, on his cell. Richard answered only to say that it wasn't ready yet and he forgot to call me but it would be ready by lunch. Thursday comes and by 10 am, I still haven't heard from him. I call again and the manager again and leave messages but Richard finally calls me back around 11:30 to tell me he'll "call me right back" once he talks to the technician. An hour later he calls to tell me about some additional issues and that it'll be ready by 4. At 4, the car gets delivered by some porters and they leave it in the driveway. I decide to move it into the my garage and the car won't start. Richard thankfully answers and sends the porters back but it won't jump. So he says he'll send something first thing Friday morning. I start calling at 9 am and get nothing. Finally, at 11:30, Richard answers to give me the number of a tow truck driver so I can coordinate the tow. The car gets towed and they supposedly fix the problem and deliver the car back around 4 pm. The car starts a few times but by Saturday night, the car won't start and can't be jumped. I called Monday and left a message with Richard and the service manager but never heard back. I will never return to this location, it was a truly terrible experience. More
I have only used this dealership for my service needs since the purchase of my vehicle as a new one in 2017. The service has always been great however, this time when I received my car back the service since the purchase of my vehicle as a new one in 2017. The service has always been great however, this time when I received my car back the service technicians did not vacuum it after they finished with the service. There was trash from their feet as well as leaves that was not there when I dropped it off. I had just had the car washed and I vacuumed it out myself the day before. I spoke with Mr. Copeland and he offered to have it cleaned at my convenience which I have not had the opportunity to do as yet. More

I had a issue with my battery. I called the dealership. They advised me to bring the car in and they would determine the problem. They didn't hesitate to assist me.
