Overall experience is rated 10 and I will recommend to others. Wait-time to speak to Service Rep was not immediate due to customers already in the que. It was not unreasonable and Ollie was respectful, reviewed my requests and reported back to me for confirmation after reviewing with the tech. We agreed on the work to be done and the quoted rate. He reviewed results of diagnostic, using his tablet to focus on my needs. I waited for vehicle and was notified when it was ready. The vehicle was washed after servicing and returned to me as promised and he dud not try to sell unnecessary work. I will return to collect the free oil service at the next 5,000 mile interval. Thanks for a pleasant experience at Nissan Marietta. More
Service was timely but got charged for a part that is $40 less on Nissan’s own website and at MSRP. Emailed them about it and they did nothing to fix it. I purchase at this dealership and after you sign they are done with you , no help at all if you need it, and in the service department you make an appointment but you end up expending all your day at the loc done with you , no help at all if you need it, and in the service department you make an appointment but you end up expending all your day at the location. I was not able to get someone in maintenance recently to answer the phone so I could talk about a specific problem with my Juke. I called several times and waited and waited. The online scheduling tool did not populate correctly for me. So I went to another dealership and found out that somone had overfilled my transmission fluid. I have a CVT and had to have the fluid drained and refilled correctly. The noise went away. Not having this corrected could have cost me over $5000 for a new transmission. I will not be going back to AutoNation Nissan ever! More
