Our 2018 Rogue Sport started smoking and broke down in I75 south as we were headed to the Atlanta Airport and out of the U.S. for two weeks. We located a row truck and left the SUV at Marietta Auto Nation I75 south as we were headed to the Atlanta Airport and out of the U.S. for two weeks. We located a row truck and left the SUV at Marietta Auto Nation for diagnosis and repairs. Olie Souphanh handled the repairs on our vehicle and had it ready for us to pick up when we returned two weeks later. More
The customer service is horrible. The team doesn’t communicate with each other. The advisor tell you one thing and do another. For an example my advisor Olie explain to me the diagnostic I was getting, I could give up to 5 issues checked by the Master Mechanic. After that I would have to pay. I told him two issues. Which were: my car was stalling to start and when I go down a hill my car would idle up. I believed both had to do with my fuel pump. That’s it! He calls me at 2 something to tell me I’m going to be needing a transmission soon, my brakes pads need done, I need a new tire, my shocks needed changing, throttle body system service, and a few other things. I’m like what? I asked if me needing a new transmission the reason my car is stalling to start. He said “NO”. He said I don’t think we checked the reason your car is stalling to start. I said that was the reason I brought my car to the service department. He said let me go ask the Master Mechanic. Make mind I told them from the beginning I believe it may be the fuel pump. He gets to the Master mechanic and guess what he says it’s the fuel pump. It will be 1200 to repair. I said I’m take a break from work and come get my car. Olie says the diagnostic is 341 minus the 169.00. I’m like what? I was told I had a complimentary diagnostic and I told you anything I would have to pay for call me before starting. Olie said the transmission diagnostic is something separate. I told him I didn’t ask for a transmission diagnostic. Therefore, I wasn’t paying for that. He said “I thought I educated you on the process before you left your car?” I’m like wait what? You didn’t educate me on anything. Yes, you told if you all check anything over five issues that’s NOT related you will have to charge me. I also told you anything you have to charge me for call me before checking anything. He response was” I thought you meant after we check.” I’m like you got to be kidding me. He proceeds to say I’ll see what I can do. I get to the dealership Olie said I’ve got you taken care of let me go get your car. It took him over 30mins to bring me my car. Make mine I took a break and moved over some meetings to come get my car. Three people asked could the help me I explained to two Olie was supposed to have have gone to get my car. One person said he should be back, the other said let me look up your information in the system and he and a mechanic pulled something up started whispering and said nothing else to me. Richard the guy who I dealt with in September was the third guy to ask me could he help. I said “I Olie was helping thanks.” My brother who was with me said maybe he(Richard) could go get your car. I went back to his desk to ask him(Richard) he said “He was busy.” I was the only customer in Service. But ok. Finally after over 30mins Olie brings me my car. He gives me a write up of repairs which listed: transmission, brake pads, shocks( I just had changed in January),cabin filter, tires and more that toted almost 10k. He said the three highlighted issues are important,But NO information about the fuel pump. I asked him about that his response “ we didn’t add that to the list.” Prior to me picking my car up,when we spoke on the telephone. He told me it will be 7000.00 to get my transmission done and my fuel pump. I told him If I had 7000.00 I would pay off my car. He proceeds to say we work with a company which would allow you to finance the 7000.00 and pay it off in 6 months. I said “There’s no way I could afford to do that.” And besides the way my husband messed up my credit I wouldn’t get approved anyway. He asked me to call who I finance my car with and get a buyout statement and he can get my car appraised so I can get a new car. I’m like dude I’m on my way to get my car this is too much. Before leaving he tells me you have time to get your transmission fixed(blank stare) and if you want to get your own fuel pump and bring your car back we will just charge for labor. I said “I feel like I’m being punked right now.” I’m starting to feel as if they did something to my car since my complaint in September. Because I had NO car issues prior to me bringing my car to the service department in September for a supposed to be oil change and tire rotation. Now it’s one thing after the next. I barely drive my car because I sometimes work from home and if I need to go into the office literally work not even 10 minutes from where I live. When I travel we fly or my daughter drives her care. I don’t drive as much. I keep up with my oil changes, tire rotation, tuneups and so forth. Now my car just so happens to act up after I brought my car to the service department in September and filed a complaint. FYI you will see I completed another survey after my complaint in September because I was asked to by the customer service manager (I believe that’s her title) . That survey was based on our conversation because she called to apologize. I believe in forgiveness that’s why I did the survey. The way the economy is now these tech shouldn’t be trying to get over on people trying to take their money by lying about repairs needed. More
This particular location was just okay. I had to wait almost 5 hrs for my rotors and brakes to be changed because I was told I was forgot about even though I had a 10:30am appointment, wasn I had to wait almost 5 hrs for my rotors and brakes to be changed because I was told I was forgot about even though I had a 10:30am appointment, wasn't late, and was told it will only take 1 1/2-2 hrs. I even made sure to let them know I was waiting on my car in the lobby and not dropping it off but they still put other cars ahead of me thinking it was a drop off. I did receive a 10% discount due to the mishap but besides that everyone was friendly and welcoming. More
