I have been going to this dealership for three years. It is always clean, offers tea/coffee and snacks while waiting. The staff is always welcoming. Especially , Mr. Philadelphia. The place is clean, the service reps change too frequently and not always do they give enough information to women. They suggested my filter be changed but it was just changed 3 weeks earlier. On my appointment day. I walked in the door not one rep acknowledged me, and it was at least four sales reps sitting at their desk.
