Richard always goes over and above to take care if me even when I do not have an appointment. He was able to get my car worked in and out in a very reasonable amount of time for me not to have a schedul even when I do not have an appointment. He was able to get my car worked in and out in a very reasonable amount of time for me not to have a scheduled appointment on the week of Thanksgiving. They also rotated my tires as well. I always get excellent service at this Nissan dealership. I always request Richard when I have my car serviced. More

They tried to overcharge customers on every corner, bewared! Brought my vehicle in for diagnostic of the oil pressure drop when engine runs idle. I got my sparkplugs and 3 coils replaced for $1315.50. bewared! Brought my vehicle in for diagnostic of the oil pressure drop when engine runs idle. I got my sparkplugs and 3 coils replaced for $1315.50. After 2 months the same problem came back, so I brought my vehicle back for re-diagnostic. Brandon said that I will be charged for diagnostic if the problem is not the parts that they replaced. I asked him to rediagnose to see whether or not the parts they replaced were defective. He said that in order to do that he must run the diagnostic again, and of course I will be charged for re-diagnostic. Okay fine, I disagreed with that and took my vehicle back. I rather get rid if my vehicles than sinking deeper into this trap. More
I was quoted one price but when I went to pick up my car it was almost $300 more.
