My wife and i were looking for a used small suv such as the Murano. I started out at another dealership. I left very distraught. I arrived at the team Nissan dealership with an attitude, and from the very beginning Alex greeted me with a smile, and calmed me down. He was very knowledgeable, he could locate his inventory, he was very well dressed, he was so courteous, and he was funny,(he tried to get me to buy a blue car to show support for my college). Our colleges were rival schools so he knew the colors. I explained to him that I wanted a conservative color. he walked the entire lot until he located my request. I was very impressed. he worked with me and answered every question I had, and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. He gave me a guarantee that I would find a car to take with me that day. I have had the vechicle nearly 3 weeks, I have found no major problems. I took the vechicle to two repair facilities to have the vechile checked out. I get postive comments from people about how the vechicle looks, and sounds. It is my understanding that this vechicle belonged to the state, if this is true they took good care of this vechicle. I have a 2010 Van, but I also enjoy driving this vechicle. I first noticed this vechicle on AutoTrader.com.
