I just purchased a used Nissan from these guys this week and it has been a great experience. I first saw the car on autotrader.com, had a few questions I emailed through and received a response from their and it has been a great experience. I collected my financing options from my bank then made an appointment to test drive the car. When I arrived they were very courteous and the car was already pulled up front with my name on it to test drive. Their sales staff was very professional, able to answer all of my questions and were very patient with me. When I decided to purchase the car I was delighted to find that their in house financing guys were great and their options were killer, much better than my own bank I've been doing business with since the 90s. I had a few extra options installed on my car and they honored their obligations to the fullest and did excellent work. Mohammed actually came in on his day off to ensure the work was finished properly for me and to be my main point of contact throughout the whole process. I will be recommending these guys to my friends and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. More

From my original contact with Dustin, through my dealings with Alex they were more than most helpful. It was as if they had received customer service injections as children. Whatever problems we encountered buying a car in Gerogia and registereing it in NOrth Carolina were handled graciously and efficiently by both of these gentlemen. There were several hoops to jump through, and these guys just understood the problems and solved them, one by one, as they arose. My car was delivered to me in Cary, North Carolina and my trade in was picked up by the same transport service, the paperwork was explained and handled, the day after the deal was made. The day after I bought my car from the dealer, I was driving it in North Carolina. The final problem had to do with receiving the proper documentation to get North Carolina license plates in a timely manner. Once again, Dustin and Alex rose to the occaasion. I have my new car with the proper license plates and registration, and am enjoying it immensely. I would reccomend these this dealership and its staff to anyone who asked me about them. They went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my needs. Well done. More

After we had decided that it was the vehicle for us, Mohamed even helped us shop around for a better insurance quote than the one that we currently had. Even after the sale was finalized and we had parted ways, Mohamed went out of his way to find us two spare keys for the vehicle.
