I give this dealership an excellent rating due to the excellent customer service and great products that they provide on a consistent basis. Over the years, I bought several cars from Team Nissan of Marietta and I always take my car there for service and repair. They have a great team there. The sales and service team are excellent, especially Ri Marietta and I always take my car there for service and repair. They have a great team there. The sales and service team are excellent, especially Richard Philadelphia is one of the best car service consultants that I ever dealt with at any dealerships. He is very attentive to my queries and always makes an effort to solve my problems before leaving the dealership. I send all my friends to him and they have said great things about him as well. If ever I have to purchase another vehicle again, it will be a Nissan and of course at Team Nissan of Marietta. Go guys!!! Great job!!! Keep up the good work!!! More
I quoted online and got best price out of all dealership I have made contacted with. When I asked him to give me a drive out price, he did and overall, it was the best price that no one can beat. We recently traded in my wife's Sentra for a gently used 2010 Cube. They told us it was used as a courtesy car and other internal use, and had never actually been sold before. We got a fair price and a fair trade-in value and overall the experience was good... Until we got home with the car and realized there were no front floor mats. The mats for the back floorboard were there, but big paper mats were up front and covered the whole floor so we didn't realize the real mats were missing. We contacted the sales people the next day by phone- no response to our voicemail, then by email- no response, then we dropped in. The sales guy said that my car's floormats were just gone and they didn't have any around the dealership they could give to us. He was nice and courteous to be sure, but you'd think that they wouldn't let a little thing like floormats keep their customer from being happy. I thought floormats were standard equipment. This Cube is the 3rd car I've bought from a Nissan dealer and I really expected that they would tell me "no problem, we take care of our customers because we want them to come back and recommend us to their friends." I guess I was wrong. So I won't be recommending them and I won't come back next time I need a car. More

I was promptly greeted and not only led to my category vehicle, Adolf introduced me to the vehicle inside and out before I ever took a test drive. Patiently working with me to find the 'perfect' vehicle for me, Adolf listened diligently without pressure or swaying me in any direction. After being allowed to take two vehicles home overnight, I ultimately chose a third vehicle because it was new, Adolf knew it was the vehicle I truly wanted, and management stepped in to work with me on a purchase price I felt comfortable paying and with more than fair trade value for my current vehicle. I have never felt better about a car purchase in my 30+ years of buying and Nissan Marietta earned my trust and business from that day forward. And, their showroom was full of other happy buyers so I was not an exception. High Kudos to Adolf and the Nissan Marietta Team! More

The customer service is excellent.I was looking for a pre owned Murano ,told Terrance the details for what I was looking for and the next day he called saying he had it.I couldn't get there until the next day and he was off but told me Patrick would show me the car and take care of everything if I liked it and wanted to purchase it.I LOVED IT!! It was exactly what I wanted so Patrick took me to Dwight to sign the contract.I called my credit union to tell them I found what I wanted and when I told them it was a 2005 they said they couldn't finance it because it had to be 2006 or newer. Dwight said let me get on this and come see me when you get off work.I went and he had everything worked out and all I had to do was sign the contract.Thanks again Dwight,Terrance and Patrick for the excellent customer service!
