We were in the market for a new vehicle and had obtained quotes from 3 dealerships. Two out of three [Team dealerships actually] responded quickly. From the very beginning, Mr. Patel extended a friendly and professional welcome as we proceeded with the purchase of our new Quest. His goal, which is successfully achieved, was to satisfy our needs while also making sure to keep us informed at every step of the process. The exact Quest was not available on the Team Nissan of Marietta lot, however Mr. Patel quickly located one and within two days (Saturday to Monday) we were picking up our freshly detailed Nissan Quest. During our entire buying process, Mr. Patel was the "face" of Team Nissan of Marietta, he did an excellent job of representing the organization and those who work with him to make the buying and supporting of Nissan vehicles as courteous, friendly and professional as possible. I know there are many others in key roles who worked with Mr. Patel to make the buying and drive out experience successful. Tory was my internet contact, and worked out the purchase agreement with me. Christopher showed my wife and me all the features the car had, and Morgan handled the finance paperwork. The whole process took about two hours, and was not marred by any last minute changes or surprises. I would highly recommend this team of motivated young men to anyone considering buying a Nissan product in the future. We have purchased our last 3 new vehicles from Team Nissan of Marietta. Our last purchase was a Nissan XTerra. There was a small rattle in the dash that began about a week after our purchase. We had a great experience with this dealership! Went in to purchase a used car for our son. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle once he drove it for a few days and there was only 1 key FOB. Th to purchase a used car for our son. They also went the extra mile to contact the previous owner (multiple times as he didn't respond) and got the additional key Fob and the valet key to boot!
