Been having my car serviced at this dealership for 10 years and the service has declined. After the recent visit I think it’s time to find another place to go. During this visit, my service advisor never years and the service has declined. After the recent visit I think it’s time to find another place to go. During this visit, my service advisor never introduced himself to me. After waiting for almost 2 hours, I went to him to check the status of my car. It was then ready. After paying for the service I ask to see the checklist of the services performed to see if everything with my car was ok. He didn’t have one and said he’d email it to me which I never received. Usually when your car is being serviced there it’s washed and vacuumed. That didn’t happen. When I got into my car to leave, I noticed the oil change reminder sticker inside the windshield wasn’t changed. Frustrated! More

Had a great experience at Autonation. Duncan took care of us from the selling point all the way to delivery. Had couples issues (not his fault) which he took care immediately. I WAS a loyal customer. I have been going to AutoNation Nissan for years to get regular maintenance and repairs on my car. I had my breaks repairs April of 2021. However, my rear breaks went out in Jan 202 Nissan for years to get regular maintenance and repairs on my car. I had my breaks repairs April of 2021. However, my rear breaks went out in Jan 2022. I returned my car to AutoNation Nissan to get my breaks fixed since it was still within the 12 month repair warranty. When I arrived to the dealership the service agent told me he did nothing see my April 2021 brake repair in the system. I happily pulled out my receipt and told him he was mistaken. Then they took my car back. After a sort while he told me my brakes were bad due to my caliper being a faulty part and they were not going to honor my warranty. I was enraged!!! Usually when the caliper is bad it’s due to a faulty break repair. I explained to the service agent that I have been coming here for years and as a loyal customer they should be able to repair my breaks under the service warranty. The service agent talked to the service manager and I was denied. They even refused to work out a discount. I will NEVER go back to AutoNation Nissan again! I do not respect companies that do not honor loyal customer! More
I missed my appointment and Daniel Valejo was able to squeeze me in. This is the only Nissan dealership that I will ever take my car to. The service professionals are friendly and helpful.
