I have always taken my 2015 Nissan Altima to the dealership for servicing. I have a great relationship with my representative Mr. Richard Philadelphia who has always been courteous and upfront on wh dealership for servicing. Buyer Beware - All of the news stories you keep seeing about not being able to get your paperwork so you can transfer your tags. This is going on at this dealership. I purchased a vehicle Dec. 4th 20 about not being able to get your paperwork so you can transfer your tags. This is going on at this dealership. I purchased a vehicle Dec. 4th 2021 - its now March 18th 2022 and I still can not transfer my tags to my purchased vehicle. Every time I call the dealership and ask to speak to a manager - my calls go to voicemail. I have left a message for Cedric 2 times - no return phone call no email back. The very few times that Sam or Wendy have sent communication back I am told that slow paperwork is happening across Georgia, and they will take care of it as soon as they can. Today I called the tag office and was told all of my paper work had been canceled?? I can not wait to see what they say now. Stay far far away from this dealership - this has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating process - AND ITS STILL NOT OVER ! More
