Buyer Beware - All of the news stories you keep seeing about not being able to get your paperwork so you can transfer your tags. This is going on at this dealership. I purchased a vehicle Dec. 4th 20 about not being able to get your paperwork so you can transfer your tags. This is going on at this dealership. I purchased a vehicle Dec. 4th 2021 - its now March 18th 2022 and I still can not transfer my tags to my purchased vehicle. Every time I call the dealership and ask to speak to a manager - my calls go to voicemail. I have left a message for Cedric 2 times - no return phone call no email back. The very few times that Sam or Wendy have sent communication back I am told that slow paperwork is happening across Georgia, and they will take care of it as soon as they can. Today I called the tag office and was told all of my paper work had been canceled?? I can not wait to see what they say now. Stay far far away from this dealership - this has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating process - AND ITS STILL NOT OVER ! More

Had my car towed to this facility and they inspected/diagnosed it as needing a new transmission and engine. I said fine I have a warranty with endurance and you will need to prove that to them inspected/diagnosed it as needing a new transmission and engine. I said fine I have a warranty with endurance and you will need to prove that to them and they will pay. Endurance asked Nissan to provide them with their inspection report and they would repair and cover the replacement of the engine and transmission OR pay me for the car. Mind you we are the original owners of this 2002 Nissan Maxima and this dealership has maintained and done ALL work on the car. Two weeks later my warranty company had not received the inspection report from Richard Philadelphia the service advisor. I called repeatedly and he never answered the phone. One evening I called from house phone and he picked right up and began to overtalk me saying he did send the report over and suggested the next day @10 am we get the warranty company on the phone and do a 3way call to prove it. I said cool that sounds good, I asked him to email the report directly to me while we were on the phone….then comes the I can’t do it now I’m late I need to get home. I said ok first thing tomorrow at 7 am e-mail me the report and confirmed he would call me at 10 so we could get the warranty company on the phone. He said he would do so. Well no report was EVER sent me and he did not call at 10 when I tried to call him no answer. So after 16 days sitting there, my car did not get repaired and no report still to this day. I had my car towed back to my house and not only did the tow truck driver crank it drive it up on the rack, when I drove it no engine problems.. beware these ppl are desperately trying to make money even taking advantage of long time customers. I have No intentions of ever buying another Nissan BECAUSE of their service departments over the years being shady.I share this publicly and with my friends family and co workers to stay away from Nissan once they sell you the car you fall in the hands of their crooked service folks.
