Very poor service. Even with an appointment I waited more than an hour for a service that eventually only took a few minutes. After reaching out to the cashier the serv Even with an appointment I waited more than an hour for a service that eventually only took a few minutes. After reaching out to the cashier the service advisor I was assigned eventually came, he took my key and had my recall service done. He did apologize for my wait and admitted he forgot I was there. That is totally unacceptable and very disappointing. I had some of my best service experiences at this facility but this one was lacking and needed much to be desired. More
