We drove in from Chicago for a wedding when our Rogue started having issues. Took my 2014 Nissan Armada in because of it not wanting to start occasionally it was the starter they was going bad , my starter was on back order and there was an option to install an NON Oem starter on t to start occasionally it was the starter they was going bad , my starter was on back order and there was an option to install an NON Oem starter on to get it fixed I agreed also replaced spark plugs which was over due and flushed my black brake fluid which was over due also Turn around Time 3 day was Happy with that and Rich the service adviser kept me updated every day and answered all my questions did had to pay that premium price but at the end of the day There service was Great !! The righteous staff is an honor to be acquainted with, because they are kind and work with perfection as their teaching and certification have prepared them for their roles. On the other hand, there are some workers who can profit from additional training, because they make me feel pressured and unwanted at Nissan Marietta even though I am a faithful partner. Because certain staff hold to standards and integrity in their work, I prefer to work with a team such as them. My intention is to love everyone not offend. Because God has gifted me with gifts and talents, being perceptive and having my senses exercised, I am aware of my surroundings. For the past few years or so, the work on the vehicle has been in question. The battery has been replaced 3 times. I asked for the Lifetime warranty battery upon the second battery installation, and they were needing to replenish the inventory on that item. Replaced the front brakes at the start of January 2021 and received regular oil changes with the inspections and the brakes were documented in good working order. Then, in December 2021, I noticed a place on the vehicle that looked as if someone had been tampering with the vehicle. Brought the vehicle in, and the suggestion was to have the rear brake system on the vehicle repaired. The advertised price for brake work was around $300 for the special, nevertheless after getting the quote, the cost estimation was around $1,200. However, because of Noel Richard Philadelphia, who works with perfection, and his last name is a testament of his brotherly love, the cost for the total repair of the rear brake system was around almost $900. So very thankful for that savings. However, I brought the vehicle in because I noticed there was rust on the rear brake shoes, that I thought was out of the ordinary, yet I was told that rust is a normal occurrence. Then, I noticed there was a variance in the way the vehicle is operating. Thinking about fuel quality, even though our preference is to utilize premium fuel and not only referring to the octane, we even bought fuel enhancing products to put in the vehicle. We would just like to have assurance in the people who are committed to making our car maintenance a priority and the most perfect partner services available. Thank you for the opportunity to share.
