We went to autonation to get an oil change on my pathfinder, and it had issues I did not want to deal with at the time. Me thinking I was doing myself a favor by trading it, well I was sadly mistak pathfinder, and it had issues I did not want to deal with at the time. Me thinking I was doing myself a favor by trading it, well I was sadly mistaken. I purchased a vehicle in August of 2023. Traded my pathfinder for the car purchased. Before than, we were previous customers. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We drove off the lot, and a light came on. We did a u-turn and took it back to the dealership. The light was turned off. When asked about the light, I was told "oh you know we just turned if off. They did not check to see why the light came on. When asked why the light came on, we did not get a direct answer. The GM was rude. While talking to us, he had his arms crossed with his hands on his chin, speaking to me particularly because I was voicing concerns. My grandson and I were drving down E/W connector and it turned into barrett pkwy, and the car lights started blinking and going crazy, so was the car. It swerved from side to side. We almost had an accident in the car. I stopped on the side of the road and In the book it stated to take to Audi. That is what we did on Saturday. My nerves was too bad after I got home. It took weeks to get autonation to put in the limited warranty. I asked audi car repair why they were using the extended warranty we purchased instead of the limited warranty first? I was told they did not have the limited warranty. The car was in the shop for a month and half. Almost 2 months. Audi informed us of all the issues with the car. We went back and forth with autonation. I even reached out to the corporate office. I was told at this point, there is nothing else they can do. We would have spent, by the time every is fixed, over 5000 plus to paying the car note for a car we have only driven less than half the time since we purchased it. I am so upset with this place. Never had an issue until now. I will never purchase another car from them. I had given two other referrals to them, and informed my friends that this place is not where you want to go anymore. They are not forth coming, and lied about a car they sold to us. We told them of all the issues we have been having. Showed them correspondence between us and them. They would not have put their son or daughter in that car. it is faulty. I will not ever trust them again. God as my witness, they are more concerned about selling their products rather than making sure their customers return and arre happy. I am not even enjoying the car we purchased, because we are spending too much money to get it fixed rather than enjoying driving it to go places. Mrs. Dunwoody #unsatisfied customer for life More
