I was not able to get someone in maintenance recently to answer the phone so I could talk about a specific problem with my Juke. I called several times and waited and waited. The online scheduling tool di answer the phone so I could talk about a specific problem with my Juke. I called several times and waited and waited. The online scheduling tool did not populate correctly for me. So I went to another dealership and found out that somone had overfilled my transmission fluid. I have a CVT and had to have the fluid drained and refilled correctly. The noise went away. Not having this corrected could have cost me over $5000 for a new transmission. I will not be going back to AutoNation Nissan ever! More
