Richard Philadelphia was my service adviser. Overall the service was great. Waiting environment was clean and I was able to continue with my work in a calm place while waiting. This is my second bad experience with the service dept. I came back to give them a second chance and they didn’t rotate my tires after paying the 29.00. The supervisor I was working with tried to act sympa I came back to give them a second chance and they didn’t rotate my tires after paying the 29.00. The supervisor I was working with tried to act sympathetic but was trying to be funny. He could have handled the situation better. One I told him I knew my tires wasn’t rotated because the same dirty tire was on the front. He said “I will talk with the individual and make sure it’s done this time.” But made sure to let me know they were busy. The supervisor(well he told me he was the supervisor.) Tried to make an excuse as to why they didn’t rotate my tires. The thing is I asked him did they find any issues. He said “Only thing they suggest is new spark plugs.” I said “Are my tires and breaks ok?” He said “ Your tires are still in good condition.” I said oh because I went to GoodYear to get air in my tire due to the message on my dash board yesterday and the guy said I needed two new front tires.” The supervisor was talking loudly because other people was around. Saying your tires and breaks are good, they just trying to get your money. But when I brought my car right back and my tires were really rotated, he said oh yeah, you do need to new front tires. Know one informed me. But I said if they rotated the tires they would have known. Few things I didn’t like was the supervisor didn’t pull me to the side to talk we me. He talked to me and was loudly talking trying to explain what happened with my tire rotation in the waiting area in front of other customers. He loudly said”You have mix matched tires but anyway the tires were rotated. That was an unnecessary comment. I didn’t get loud about the issue of my tires not being rotated even though I paid for the services so why would he be loud about the situation once he rotated my tires.Secondly, he didn’t even offer me a refund. Thirdly, he said my car was ready and to follow him. Remember all this was in front of other consumers. As we waited for my car he said again they were really busy. I’m saying to myself like what? You all didn’t complete a service I paid for. I wonder how many other people you all did this too. I didn’t say anything to the supervisor just smiled. They never brought my car out. The supervisor said “let me go see what the problem is.” He brought my car to me saying “ They act like they couldn’t move a car.” All this was very bad Customer service. They only reason I gave three stars and said I would refer friends and family is because I can’t blame everyone for a few bad apples. I’m a supervisor and in a situation like this, I would have showed empathy to the consumer, made sure the issue was resolved, did some coaching with the tech, once the issue was resolved I would have pulled the consumer to the side apologizing again, and either offered a refund or some type of incentive. Because I wouldn’t want to lose any consumer. The guy I was working with needs coaching in customer service himself. More

Last week only I bought a nissan Rogue and I am extremely satisfied from the dealer. They are very transparent about the pricing of the car and also provide the different proposals as per your need. Jaime wa satisfied from the dealer. They are very transparent about the pricing of the car and also provide the different proposals as per your need. Jaime was really helpful and provided all the information about the vehicle. Jamie did everything he could to make sure we are happy with our Nissan Rogue. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy the car. More
Revised 2022 -I have a Nissan Leaf and at this point my car is paid off. I really appreciate the positivity of the staff gives even to those who are not making a new purchase. I do come in to get my car serviced as needed and the mechanic staff does a good job of not adding in unnecessary billing items while doing the modifications I requested. I can also appreciate that the entire team at AutoNation Nissan Marietta chooses to leave my car better than they found it with small touches like vacuuming the interior before I get my car back. More
