Last Friday, I sent out a few inquiries to help my son navigate through his first car purchase. I received an email from a very large Nissan dealership in Atlanta giving me a great price for a new Nissan navigate through his first car purchase. I received an email from a very large Nissan dealership in Atlanta giving me a great price for a new Nissan Sentra. We drove there on Saturday and my son really enjoyed the test drive, excited at the promise of owning his first car. We sat down to close the deal and were essentially told we could only get the given price if we signed financing terms of 10.99% APR for 72 months. It was a terrible surprise and experience for my entire family. Feel free to review my other reviews for more details. I found the AutoNation Nissan dealership in Marietta late Saturday night. I went through their website, selected a similar new Sentra with 3.9% APR/36m financing terms, and was given a detailed breakdown on the walkout price along with all financing details: monthly payment, down payment, rate, length, and dealer rebates. The price was just as good as the large dealership with my son getting very favorable financing terms. All without speaking to any salesperson and laid out clearly on the web site. I made an appointment for Sunday afternoon. I initially met with John who gladly confirmed the high-level pricing and other details right up front with no surprises, hidden fees, or addendums. He was a great person to work with who took the time to answer all my questions. He then passed me over to Kareem to handle the sale. Kareem did a great job as well. He gave me a breakdown of different monthly rates/payments based on my credit simply to confirm I understood I may not get the payment I was looking for if my credit was not excellent. I filled out the credit app to confirm financing. My credit score is over 800+ so I had no problem locking in 3.9% APR/36m. We closed on the deal and my son drove home in a new car with a big smile on his face. A simple and straightforward process. We have always been a Honda and Toyota family and based on my initial experience on Saturday, we almost did not give Nissan a second chance. Thankfully John and Kareem at AutoNation of Marietta saved the day and gave us everything exactly as promised on their web site. I would highly recommend them and AutoNation and will work with them again in the future! More

Took two weeks to get their electronic leasing contracts to work properly. Initially put incorrect VIN number on the lease.
