On my appointment day. I walked in the door not one rep acknowledged me, and it was at least four sales reps sitting at their desk. Bait and Switch or Bait Advertising, Misleading, False Advertising. This is how it went down with me. Went online and completed a 'sell us your car'. Got an email with a Certified Offer from Auto Nation w Advertising. This is how it went down with me. Went online and completed a 'sell us your car'. Got an email with a Certified Offer from Auto Nation which 'guarantees' I could sell my car at XXX price. Got a called from a sales guy from Auto Nation Nissan asking me to come in for them to inspect my truck. He even said I could end up getting a better offer. Came in and waited an hour for them to appraise my car to a much lower price. I asked what about the Certified Offer from Auto Nation and the general manager, Cedric, told me I bought my Ford truck for a lower price so he had to adjust the offer. This isn't stated anywhere on the Certified Offer. I guess Certified or Guarantee Offer doesn't mean anything but rather a Bait and Switch or False Advertising is what one should expect from Auto Nation. Stay away from these peeps. Dishonest and misleading company/dealership. More
