They tried to overcharge customers on every corner, bewared! Brought my vehicle in for diagnostic of the oil pressure drop when engine runs idle. I got my sparkplugs and 3 coils replaced for $1315.50. bewared! Brought my vehicle in for diagnostic of the oil pressure drop when engine runs idle. I got my sparkplugs and 3 coils replaced for $1315.50. After 2 months the same problem came back, so I brought my vehicle back for re-diagnostic. Brandon said that I will be charged for diagnostic if the problem is not the parts that they replaced. I asked him to rediagnose to see whether or not the parts they replaced were defective. He said that in order to do that he must run the diagnostic again, and of course I will be charged for re-diagnostic. Okay fine, I disagreed with that and took my vehicle back. I rather get rid if my vehicles than sinking deeper into this trap. More

After having family issues and having to wait a week before finalizing, they understood and got me into a X5. Payments were a little higher than anticipated, but that was due to my own financial history. Holly made the process extremely smooth. Have been able to call her with any questions even after the call... Note that I have one of their vehicles, you've be surprised the amount of people have cars from them. Just lol for the pink auto nation tag. More
