This dealership is not transparent or forthcoming. I was part of the class action suite to get replacement headlamps and kept getting told that they were on backorder. After 6 months of this and after I finally got Nissan corporate involved, it turns out that the parts were never even ordered. I will be looking for a new dealership for my future service needs. More
I bought my car 2 weeks ago and since my battery has died. Not much help from Nissan. Mr. Richard Philadelphia went above and beyond. I appreciate that he was clear on how much the service would cost me and took the time to research if my extended warranty would cover it. Service is horrible - always promise a callback which never happens. Still waiting on replacement headlights. Asked for a callback regarding getting catalytic converter fixed a week ago and nothing.
