Oscar G is the MAN!!!!!!! I live in North Carolina and found "my car" at MMG on a couple of different web sites. I sent in a generic request for information and got back a resp I live in North Carolina and found "my car" at MMG on a couple of different web sites. I sent in a generic request for information and got back a response that the car was perfect! I then started an email conversation with a representative at which point Oscar got involved and the first thing he did was be open and honest! He informed me that the car was not in fact perfect, it did have a couple of blemishes. At my request he sent me pictures of the blemishes and we went from there. The entire experience was top notch. My son and I flew in to Cleveland and were greeted with a heart felt smile and a ride back to the hotel in Mansfield, this was at 7pm (we were scheduled to arrive at noon). The dealership closed at 6, Oscar should have been home but he made sure we were taken care of! We were then picked up the next morning and were driven to the dealership and finalized the sale. Oscar introduced my son and I to everyone, he went over the car from top to bottom! Filled it with gas, had it detailed, made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. Oscar is an absolute asset to MMG, he went above and beyond any and all of our expectations! If I lived in that area MMG would be my car dealer hands down! THANK YOU Oscar, you are the MAN!!!!! More
