I went to Nissan of Macomb on 7/29/24 for a scheduled oil change appointment. When I got there, the employee said they won't service my vehicle. I replied, they could have told me that before I drove a hal change appointment. When I got there, the employee said they won't service my vehicle. I replied, they could have told me that before I drove a half hour there. His reply was, "We don't have to." Well, yeah, of course no one is forcing you to provide customer service. It's just assumed you would. It takes two seconds to cancel the appointment, thereby generating a cancellation e-mail to me. "Courtesy" is not in this dealership's vocabulary. This is on the heals of an incident in which Nissan of Macomb called me 25 times total over 3 days and texted me several other times trying to sell me a new vehicle. I texted back that my vehicle is brand new already. They said they'd make a note of it, yet the texts continued. Before that, I e-mailed Nissan a couple months ago and again a month ago asking for a quote on an extended warranty, but they never responded. Service is dismal at Nissan of Macomb. More
After taking my daughter's 2018 Nissan Versa SV to two other car shops I was completely frustrated. In both cases mechanics at the other shops either did not have proper diagnostic machines or experience other car shops I was completely frustrated. In both cases mechanics at the other shops either did not have proper diagnostic machines or experience to provide service. I had used AAA to tow the car to both locations. When arriving to Nissan of Macomb on three different visits, I found Jay Garcia, Drew Booth and Ron Martin absolutely professional. Their levels of listening and care to render a diagnosis of that care was second to none. As we all know Christmas can be a very stressful time. But they made the experience one of high-quality service and enjoyment. Thank you, great gentlemen, for a great experience. I will bring my car back to you first. The Martins. More

I recently had an issue occur while having my car serviced. As I called the dealership to explain the issue, I prepared myself for some pushback because it seems as if no one understands the meaning of customer service these days. Instead, Drew, the Service Manager was nothing but kind, understanding, and very apologetic. I was pleasantly surprised! Also, Jay, the service advisor went out of his way to help me to reset a notification on my dash. If you're looking for a place to take your vehicle for good service and even better customer service THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! L.B. More
