2018 Nissan Frontier The finance manager deceived me during the paper-work signing into a $2000 extended warranty. I explained to him that I was not interested in this op The finance manager deceived me during the paper-work signing into a $2000 extended warranty. I explained to him that I was not interested in this option and he told me that it was part of the agreed-to price of $17,750. I asked him clearly if it was added onto the $17,750 and his answer was no. My wife was in the office and heard and understood the same. Once I got home and read the loan agreement line by line, I found that I was lied to. The $2000 extended warranty was not a part of the agreed-to price but was in fact added onto the price bringing the total to $19,750. I have left voice-mails and emails with the finance manager today (1/22), but he has not returned either. At this point I am afraid that I have no option other than a legal one. More

Mr. Mark Moore Is Outstanding!!! My Family and I decided to plan a family vacation this Spring. With his charming looks and positive attitude, he treated us as family. My teenage son fell in love with the Nissan Skyline GTR. My wife, she loves the Nissan Quest. I for instant, liked the Murano much better. After a while, we came to a decision and go with the red Murano they had in the showroom floor. After test driving it. They love how roomy and comfortable the vehicle drives. Mr Moore was so professional, and knew so much about any Nissan vehicle available. Very amusing! He also helped me so much and informed me about my options. We wind up going home with our brand new Nissan Murano. Can’t wait to take this baby on our long road trip across states.
