Had local dealer (Nissan Woodbridge, Va) diagnose i I had the a/c compressor replaced 9 months ago in Lumberton, and it no longer worked in Feb 2019. Had local dealer (Nissan Woodbridge, Va) diagnose it (Lumberton had recommended I get it diagnosed) but they wanted to replace the entire system at a very high cost. I again contacted Chris Spaulding, Service Manager at Nissan Lumberton, NC. He said if I brought it down to Lumberton (325 miles) they would repair/replace at no cost......they would start immediately whenever it was most convenient for me.....and that's what happened. Chris and Johnny, the rep from service whom I had worked with before, went out of their way to provide service. They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, offered to drive me to lunch while it was serviced, and were simply exceptional in every respect. They did an exceptional job and I hope you will provide my feedback to them. I highly recommend Nissan Lumberton service and am most appreciative of everything they did to arrange, schedule, and complete the service.....THANK YOU!!!! More

Not honoring their words I was told I was buying a certified used vehicle, a week later after buying the car I call them because the car was having vibration when I push the b I was told I was buying a certified used vehicle, a week later after buying the car I call them because the car was having vibration when I push the brakes above 55 mph. They inspect the car and find out the rotors were bad and needed to be replace, they wanted me to pay $283 out of my pocket when the salesperson told me I have 30 days warranty, that is not an honest business.
