Service Department Our Nissan Titan would not start and we had no idea what the problem could be. We were given Excellent service with loads of Nissan hospitality by Co Our Nissan Titan would not start and we had no idea what the problem could be. We were given Excellent service with loads of Nissan hospitality by Colton Barnes. I explained our problem to the service representative and the assistance he provided was awesome. He checked our battery and got our vehicle started. Then it was moved inside to be diagnosed and repaired. Having been a life long Nissan customer I rate his assistance among or above the best. We were stranded in North Carolina driving back to Virginia. He helped us make our trip safe and worry free with his assistance and kindness. Not great The service advisor stated that something extra needed to be done in order for my car to pass inspection. When I left, I confirmed with another certif The service advisor stated that something extra needed to be done in order for my car to pass inspection. When I left, I confirmed with another certified service center that the repair was needed, but that it would not prevent my car from passing inspection. I’m highly disappointed in this dealership. This was very deceitful and definitely a way to get more money out of me. I won’t be back. More

Axil seal replacement Employees were fantastic however the cost to repair was almost $400 more than quoted. Oil change went in for oil change, and wanted to talk with a sales person, to ask questions about new vehicle I had saw, the sales guy (Mark) wasn't in, was told went in for oil change, and wanted to talk with a sales person, to ask questions about new vehicle I had saw, the sales guy (Mark) wasn't in, was told he would be in at 9, it was already 9am, so I left my name, at 10am, when my car was finished, noone had came around to speak to me, and during that time, I had counted 7 people walking around in the sales area, talking and laughing, I had been looking to trade, but now I think I will take my business, else where, since I'm not an important customer...another think, from day one, since I purchased my vehicle, have always had a complimentary car wash, this tine, was told it was discontinued...very little dies Nissan do anything for their customers, especially customers that has been with them a long time...
