My advisor was excellent Chad Moran he made sure my car parts were in stock the wait time was short and repairs time was done very quickly he also made sure I understood what was being done. Nearly 5 hours for a oil change? Why bother making an appointment? Also I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation from web special, but tires were too low to rotate apparently so j Why bother making an appointment? Paid double what the oil change special was as I didn’t ask if they had applied the alternate special since they changed the service. My fault, but representative of the level of service offered. None of this makes this a bad dealership or service center, it just fits the bill for the majority of “average” dealerships that have poor customer relations and confidence, when there are many genuinely good ones. This was a horrible experience. They lied to me about some of the things that needed to be completed. It was ridiculously hard to get in contact with anyone and I still haven’t spok They lied to me about some of the things that needed to be completed. It was ridiculously hard to get in contact with anyone and I still haven’t spoken to anyone regarding the services that were or were not done. No one has returned my calls. I don’t even know if the work was completed because they never ask for payment and they never told me what services they performed on the car. Not to mention, the car was there with them for over a week. I had my car towed from the dealership to another location and I still don’t know what services were performed on the car .. i approved one of the services and I’m waiting for Christ or a supervisor to let me know what they did. No one will call me back . I’ve sat on hold for long periods of time and I requested a Supervisor to call me . I was told that they were short staffed and someone will get back to me. Days later, I’m still waiting. My experience was very poor!!!!! More
