On 3/14 I took my car in to have the headlamps inspected regarding a class action lawsuits. After inspection I was told that my car did not qualify as it was out of warranty. I was also told I only needed t regarding a class action lawsuits. After inspection I was told that my car did not qualify as it was out of warranty. I was also told I only needed to have the bulbs replaced but they were out of stock. On 3/18 I had to return as I had received a a recall notice for another issue. It was also confirmed that replacing the bulbs was not the issue. The headlamps were in fact faulty. I told them I had received approval to schedule for the work to be done at no cost. I submitted the approval paperwork that the out of warranty claim was covered and to get this taken care of. The service tech tried to get in touch with the manager but was told he was in a meeting. I have since tried unsuccessfully to contact the service dept and left several messages and also texted the technician regarding the status of getting this issue taken care of. To date no one has got back to me regarding this issue. Needless to say I am very disgusted. More
Was able to get a ride home by Nissan while my car was being worked on which was great as it allowed me to still make it home in time to do my job being worked on which was great as it allowed me to still make it home in time to do my job More
