I went to the South Union City Nissan beforehand for the same issue and the wait was several hours from start to finish. I basically discovers the bad news that no one would explain to be before that day, that the manufacturer (Nissan) that had made the Altimas with the faulty/bad headlamps assemblies wouldn’t have parts for the replacements for potentially 6 months. I am an interstate driver, nearly every day I get up before the sun rises and get home after the sun sets- I have to have working headlights. Chris said that as a dealership they could only wait for those parts to be ready but suggested I think about trading in my car- which I had already considered. Nissans parts were bad and I am not surprised that they are in a legal situation (Suarez vs Nissan). I’ve followed the directions on that to the letter and am still disappointed. More
