Service center techs did not fix my diagnostic issue that keep showing on my dashboard. After a few hours later the alert kept showing up on the dashboard and also there was oil spilled all on my engine filt keep showing on my dashboard. After a few hours later the alert kept showing up on the dashboard and also there was oil spilled all on my engine filter witch they left open, so when I call the service center to tell them what was going on then they placed me on hold just to hang up on me, didn’t even try to call me back. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this service center, I will look for another dealership or mechanic to help me on any future repairs and issues. Very upsetting when you get a 2021 vehicle service and you have to cleanup oil and fix the air filter yourself. They are constantly busy probably because so many people have yo return to get service corrected. More
