The customer service here has always been Great from the time I purchased my car in 2019 my salesman (Tommy)was great. Service center( i had battery and oil change and tire rotation) great as well. Long waiting and dirty wheels and tires I went in for oil change and tires which was supposed to take 2 hours. After 4 hours I got my car back dirty wheels and tires. The service rep was cou I went in for oil change and tires which was supposed to take 2 hours. After 4 hours I got my car back dirty wheels and tires. The service rep was courteous and kept checking the progress but having to wait twice as long as promised was not acceptable. I should at least been offered a complimentary oil change or something for my inconvenience. More

My day started at the service department with Ron, he was very comforting I was greeted very pleasantly by Mr. Ray and my day ended with the most delightful, non pushy salesman, David Sherwood.
