The last two times I dropped my vehicles off for service, they were lost. The first vehicle sat all day to get a tire replaced because my vehicle was lost. It took a few hours for it to be found. They service rep was very pleasant. She scrolling was on her wireless phone. I attempt use coupon for service that I received via mail and was not allow to.
