I always had good service here, but this time I had appointment at 11:30. I’ve arrived at 11:20, and waited in the service line for over 45 minutes, and had to get out of my car to ask for service. Chad Moran FINALLY wrote me up. Waited another 1,1/2 hour for ONLY a oil change. Then after rushing out, I noticed that he didn’t applied my coupon to my bill. What an experience. Called him and he NEVER returned my call. More

My experience with this dealership has been up and down. I live 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Consistency and customer service worth talking about is key in building the type of client experience that would cause me to recommend this dealership/ service center to others. More
