Due to this issue, my total gas mileage per tank has gone down (refueled Sunday 5/15/22 and it capped at 288 miles, when it should be 400 miles+). My fuel efficiency has gone down significantly (I’ve driven maybe 15 miles in the last 4 days and my gas tank sensor says I have 210 miles left in the tank from 288). Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. This next visit will most likely be my last. More

The communication at the time of my visit was severely lacking. I called multiple times to ask about the status of my vehicle since I was told it would be ready that day but each time I called no one woul lacking. Maurice and Jalem were very proffesional. Maurice communicated with me and answered all my questions. Now when it came to sign with the finance guy He was extremely rude! He did not like that I didn’t want to add any additional stuff like maintenance and he got mad when I told him I didn’t want the gap and started talking to me like I didn’t know what that was. At the end I ended up adding it but he didn’t even congratulate me on my new vehicle like at other dealerships have. Then he even told my husband that the car was his because it was on paper. Since my husband had told him the pathfinder is mine. He honestly seems very sexist. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes but only because Maurice is extremely helpful More
