I’m really starting to regret the fact that I purchased this vehicle. There are things that I should have taken as signals to not go through this process and I really wish I could turn back time and NOT ha this vehicle. Over the years I've had really good service at this dealership. When I was there in December of 2021, I had a bad experience there. The technician didn't rotate my tires even though I paid for that ser dealership. When I was there in December of 2021, I had a bad experience there. When I went back June 3rd Ms. Jovonda White was my service advisor and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly.
