Disappointed!! Dropped off the evening before. I was scheduled for 8:00 am the next day. At 12:40 pm Saturday no call, so I called the service consultant Fred Foster on his direct number, the call rolle scheduled for 8:00 am the next day. At 2:00pm my husband and I went to the dealership to see if my vehicle was ready. As I walk up to service I see several employees from the garage just hanging out and my vehicle sitting parked with not being serviced. I spoke to Fred I told him that I left a message for him to call me to get an ETA of when my vehicle would be complete. He said he didn’t get the message, but that I would be ready in 45 minutes. He calls at 3:05 for me to come back. I get back he goes over everything I get in my vehicle to leave. No keys... he said they are in the cup holder. They weren’t. He looks for them for about 5-7 minutes before he checks the garage where someone back there had them. This was not a very good impression for me coming for the first time. I have moved to Douglasville so this location is closer to me than going all the way to Marietta where I always go. With this experience, I’ll just have to take that drive. Definitely not happy, my whole Saturday was wasted. I just wonder if I hadn’t showed if my vehicle would’ve been serviced at all that day. More
