No thank you. It was SO BAD, at this location at the management level is unheard of. I was told by the manager it was his job to make money, and he did not care. He lost car sales over a 25 dollar remote. Can you believe this? I have not heard from your sales department for 5 years, now you need to sell a car, and for 5 years there has been no attempt to right a wrong, after complaints were made by me. Now you apparently think its still alright. Well, now you need to sell a car, and it won't be to me. I work by South lake mall, and can get a car from the dealership there, if I want. Please remember this in the future with customers, if you need more details please feel free to call or text me, 678-330-4294 You should think of the overall sale, and tell your management team to to be so honest about sticking it to others as in the end it could bite them.
