The Service Writer Fred waited on me and was very friendly and helpful as always. I took advantage of the service shuttle driven by Sidney. Unfortunately this dealership (Nissan) did not have parts for my (Nissan) vehicle and is 100% OVERPRICED!! compared to other Nissan services. The worse experience this time around, now I will have to take my for my (Nissan) vehicle and is 100% OVERPRICED!! compared to other Nissan services. The worse experience this time around, now I will have to take my cars elsewhere because I don’t trust this dealership. The service person Curtis is always super nice and kind but this dealership seems to not care about their customers. The lack of stock with their parts and my overall experience this time around was unacceptable. I will be going back to my old Nissan service location which is not close to my home but that’s the direction I have to take to not be overcharged or taken advantage of as a customer. There were several issues this time around which just did not make sense, The AC were fixed them a week plus later it was not. I could on and on about this visit but I’m sure it will be useless stating the issues I had because nothing will be done about it I’m sure. I will pause here and submit. More

Service was horrible . I brought my car there to have it inspected for estimate. I called numerous times to set up repairs and no one called me back. After being there for two days I had the wrecker service inspected for estimate. I called numerous times to set up repairs and no one called me back. After being there for two days I had the wrecker service tow my car to another dealership and they were wonderful. Your manager and service advisors were very unprofessional. I will never do business there and will advise others not to as well. More
