I had a very bad or misunderstood experience. I had a pamphlet for a complimentary oil change and discount on tires. After not purchasing the tires, because of price, I was charged for the oil change. S pamphlet for a complimentary oil change and discount on tires. After not purchasing the tires, because of price, I was charged for the oil change. Switch & Bate I guess. I will not use this Dealership again to service my vehicle. Thanks More

This was the first time I visited this dealership for an oil change and it was my last. It was the most worst experience I've ever had. My car sat in the bay area for almost an hour running, in front of 5-6 oil change and it was my last. It was the most worst experience I've ever had. My car sat in the bay area for almost an hour running, in front of 5-6 associates. I asked one person had my car been running since I got out of it and he looked as if it didnt concern him and asked who was helping me. Once I located the young man and asked him the same question he began to stutter as if he wasnt sure. I proceeded to say not only did you all have my car running for almost an hour you also had the A/C on high with all my windows down. I stated "I guess it really doesn't matter to you because it's not your cars gas being used while it just sits here" The guy had the audacity to say your car doesn't burn gas unless it is moving/accelerating. I asked I guess I'm blind because my fuel hand was on Full when I got here and now it's not.... After he made that statement I was done with lithia springs Nissan. I asked for my keys and left due to the fact that not only did you let my car run that long but I still would've had to wait another 2hrs whenever they decided to take my car to the service shop. Customer Service was horrible and no seemed to care. More
Bad service! I will never go back. I took the car because I had a recall. The agent told that it will take 3 to 5 hours to do the work. He told me that he will call. I didn’t received a call at all.
